A Ghost's Living

Well still had difficulty getting hold of the doctor again, he's out of the office, I hope he's not sick. That'd be terrible, I do really need that stronger medicine to help with me getting used to the nasty side effects. Had some difficulty sleeping again though I managed to catch up with a crash nap though I had headaches after. Oi. This new medication's rough, though the seizures are down. Well, gotta keep striding and fighting. Gotta keep a smile too! Anyway, onto the flash fiction!

A Ghost's Living

I'm not sure if you know but every ghost has to make a living, well I suppose you would look at it as making a dead-ing? Though many of us go to the other side to get jobs(my cousin is the guy you whisperer's call, he's more of a 9-5 guy so please call earlier if you can) a lotta of linger in the mortal. I'm not the most hard working ghost so I kinda get kicked out of all the big places. Can't even get out a decent boo really. Kinda sad really. A chill down your spine on Halloween? Steve down the hall, sure he can do it. But me, nope. Usually I'm just the trashcan that tips over for no reason. Gotcha I guess.

I'm trying to get a hold a doc, as this nasea med just ain't setting of the side effects of the medication he's giving me that I'm trying to get used to, even with the two extra pills the pharmacist told us we could take. Oi, oi, so much trouble. Anyway, onto the fun part of things, the good ol, flash fiction!

Waste of Time

Well, last night had difficulty getting to sleep, had them Keppra “flares”(They're the nasty thing that makes me OCD, moody, pet peeved etc. its nasty. ) and had seizures trying to get to sleep, sometimes I do that, but I made up for my sleep today though the wooziness was pretty dang bad today at times. Really, really bad. Even though we decreased the Keppra too. Though I still have the Keppra med. The wooziness of this med comes along with neasea too which was pretty bad and that was bad too which made it take awhile before I could take a nap before I could catch up on my sleep but hey, everything turned out better in the end of today, and I like today's story and I hope you like it too!

Waste of Time

The other gods lecture me. They tell me I'm wasting my time.
“We were given powers to use them right reasons.” the god of earth told me. She's the one who made all the mountains you little humans love to hike on all the time.
“Think of the big picture.” the god of the tides says to me time after time. You'd humans say he's the annoying but lovable type of guy.
Your probably wondering about the thing all the gods are bugging me about right?
Well think of all the times you've said “What a small world!”
Or when you just happen to find what your looking for at the last possible moment?
And I bet you humans wonder what makes someone meet the perfect girl or guy for them.
Well I'm the god that uses his powers and time to set up all those little coincidences and circumstances to make the world go round and make bad luck go good. The other gods tell me I'm wasting my time, but I'm the detail guy. Now watch your step, I may have put a penny ground for you.

Worn Expressions

Well, we reduced some of the Keppra yesterday. Keppra's the medication that controls my grand mal seizures(those are the big shaking ones you see on television) The Keppra side effects are really nasty and the entire point of this withdrawal from college was to replace the Keppra with this new medication Febeltall(Sorry if I messed up these medication names!) because it could work better for me controlling all my seizures(at least that's the idea, but we'll see if that works over time.) I'm optimistic, I think I'm getting more used to this medicine. But I felt pretty bad today at times. Time will tell, and if things go for the worse I'll try something else, gotta keep rolling! I did get good work done on planning my book and my flash fiction and I think its pretty good so I feel quite accomplished! Huzzah! Anyway, onto today's story!

Worn Expressions

She wore a bright dress with a happy yellow color. Though the only the only reason it was a happy yellow was because she was happy. If she was sad it would be a sad blue. If she angry it would be an angry red. The dress could change colors to match the entire spectrum of emotion that her young and fickle heart had. Many of the people in the ballroom wore those clothes and danced honestly.

Though some people wore deceptive clothes. These clothes were completely white and didn't change colors. They still danced with the others despite this. They were allowed partially both out of politeness as everyone had to be allowed to dance and that many of the people were charmed by people in the white clothes. Their mysteriousness had a sort of charm about it.

She looked at a man in white and her clothes changed colors rapidly as she grew excited. His mysterious air grabbed onto her. She then she turned to another man that she danced with before. He wore a changing dress and she had bonded with him on the dance floor before. Their clothing colors matched again and again while they danced and their emotions became one. They left the dance hall together while the man in white stood in the corner of the ballroom waiting to be caught by the eyes of another.

Happy Birthday to Mom! No stories posted unfortunately.

Well, its Mom's birthday and I wish her a wonderful one! I've been feeling very, very good, though still a little nasty at times, but a massive improvement. Very few incidents and the side effects of the medication died down. Let's hope this continues! Unfortunately with the flash fiction I worked on it really hard throughout the day, but nothing would pan out to a good concept and I just couldn't come up with something that could work.

Review of a Mars Love Story Through Twenty Green Rich Eyes By Wiey Z. Xannor

Well, today and yesterday were pretty chaotic. I was having hot flashes, which can sometimes prelude big epileptic incidents, so at times I had to go in front of fans and sit in certain rooms of the house and cool down and stuff until I was better and feeling well. Its not necessarily body temperature, I call it “flat air”, my case of epilepsy is strange I haven't had hot flashes in awhile. Can't say for sure if its this medicine. Probably gonna talk to my doctor tomorrow. Well, gotta keep optimistic and I felt pretty good when writing today's story so huzzah! It does make me feel better when I write something. Now then, onto today's story, and I hope you enjoy it!

Review of a Mars Love Story Through Twenty Green Rich Eyes By Wiley Z. Xannor

I pride myself in being a profession film critic from Earth and I think this film is just a terrible waste of money and offensively lazy. It's historically inaccurate portrayal of the Earth colonization of Mars and its script is just terrible. Honestly, I could go on for pages about how terrible, it is. And the talents of lead actor Uara Q. Starzone are wasted on this movie. This movie is a good example of how bad Martian movies are. I give it one and a half planets.

A Future Test

Well, felt a lot better today then yesterday though still had some ups and downs with my med side effects. I thought it was an improvement on getting used to the med side effects, but I had more seizures. Ah, well, this epilepsy thing is really unpredictable, but I think that temporary medical leave from school was a wise idea. Today's story was really fun to write and is already one of my favorites. I think you'll like it.

A Future Test

The teacher who was tired and beat from grading took a look a the last test handed in that week. It was from one of his favorite students, a hard worker and good transfer student from Mars. The handwriting of the student was clear and neat.

Directions: Give a quick summary of the novella The Old Pains and Rusts of Earth and the author's intent as discussed in class. Add one comment on the novella after your summary.

The Old Pains and Rusts of Earth is a satirical historical novella set in the year 2012 about a man and the old technology of Earth. The author uses the struggles with the technology of that age to show us how truly lucky we are. It shows the pains of the character driving to work everyday instead of warping, his unorganized communication through chatrooms and email, non-instantaneous food and other old age technology.

When I read this book I can't believe something as scary as “stairs” could exist. How could somebody walk like that? I think I'd get dizzy and throw up.

Social Creation Corporation

Today was a bad day for the side effects, the wooziness was worse than yesterday. Looks like this medicine isn't just going to be a straight better and better it may take more time than I think to get used to it, but I did have some times during day where I felt decent. My seizures have still been down though. I'm optimistic about it all, gotta keep the Sun shining nice and bright in your heart! On a side note that doesn't really matter on any real significant scale, we ordered out some nice Chinese food and it was kinda good. Well, onto today's story! I hope you enjoy it!

Social Creation Corporation

“Interior Home Design Year 2245 will be right back after this message.” the host of the show announced.
“Ever feel you just need the perfect social partner?” said a soothing and demanding voice.“Then contact us, the Social Creation Corporation” the voice paused for a second, “We have the best Social beings available for you Social use! The Star Wizard

Grandma came over to visit today and it was fun, as usual. My brother as came over, and is staying for the weekend as he does every two weekends and mother gave him a lego Batman and me a lego Mario(we played with legos as kids. She loved giving us them. Brother decided to put it on his desk at work. I agree with that, I'll put my Mario with my other nerdy artifacts in my room) I'm getting more used to this medication the doctor's got me on, so I'm getting happier. Now, onto today's story!

The Star Wizard

The cameras focused on the wizard as he exited his limousine. His robe was the peak of fashion though it couldn't compare to his perfectly sculpted face. The paparazzi, reporters and fans flocked around the wizard taking pictures of him to capture the magic. His pet dragon, tiny, white and adorable scampered out behind him. It wings flapped and its tail wagged. The wizard cast a spell for lighting scattering into the air like balloons. The crowd cheered. The pet dragon flew around a few times and the wizard waved.
He wondered when it would all stop. The cameras flashed and bound him as his body still moved. He lived a life in front of the cameras. The wizard waved at the crowd. The fans cast their own spell with their cheers that he compared with his own magic. Their magic was much more powerful.

Not Cash or Credit, Just Years

Well I'm getting better from that medication, improving a decent amount and I think I'll be rid of these side effects soon. Woohoo! Now onto today's story!

Not Cash or Credit, Just Years

Ding! The cash register went as the demon clerk smiled, “Call the Beast, Song of Ice, and Shadow of the Sun. Will that be all ma'am?”
“No, that will be all the spells I will need.” the customer responded. The customer was a witch who stole many years of life from many years of others through magic blood contracts. She could afford to pay for all these spells with however many years she needed. She looked at the demon clerk, smiled at her and left the store.
A young looking man entered the store next and walked up to the demon store clerk. Appearances would change in the store no matter how many years in your life you truly had left.
“Um, yes, I would like a love spell.” the man said to the clerk, nervously sweating.
“Sir, you are aware that this will leave you with only one week left in your lifespan account yes?” the clerk, though a demon who did not know the man, still felt concern for him.
“Yes, but I need her to love me again, even if it is only for one week.”
“Then one Love Charm it is.”
         Ding! went the cash register.

Transitions

Well, still feel woozy and sick but still eventually I'll get used to this new medication and these side effects will disappear forever, which will be awesome because I have had only a couple of seizures these past few days and they have only been really tiny ones so awesome! But sometimes I just have good days by chance so it might be coincidence that I'm not having seizures right now but if it isn't then I'm very happy with this medicine. It looks like it working wonderfully so far. I will be taking account of how many I have on this medicine over the next several weeks and such so there's no coincidence factor, but I have a feeling its working. Also we're working on removing other medications of mine(like Keppra which gives me bad moods and makes it difficult to think, which I'm working off slightly every week, and as I remove it I'm doing much better.) I'm meeting with my doctor soon so I'll see what he says. I'll keep ya posted.

Now onto the fun part of my blog, the story of the day! I hope you enjoy it!

Transitions

When the alien children reached their thirteenth birthday they became ready for the Transition. The entire tribe of aliens gathered around the children to help them with their Transition. The children covered themselves with a thick goo. The goo needed to be beaten by sound waves to have the children go through the Transition.

The children used their little green mouths to hum a soft tone. The teenage couples rubbed their legs together like violins. The hunters beat their purple beetle wings like drums. The elders clacked their four fangs in pairs. This all together made a melody that stimulated the children to perform the Transition into the next stage in life. With every stage in life this happened but with a different melody to mark a different Transition. The tribe leader, also the conductor of the song took an alien bow with his eight legs under the three moons of the alien sky.

Shuffling History

I have been freed from the bindings of the hospital today YEAH! I can move around and flex all my muscles again woo!(They had me hooked up to an EEG to examine my brain for those who do not remember the specifics of my stay) and my doctor has sent me home with my meds and such. It was wonderful showering in my own shower and moving around outside the tiny confines of a bed So annoying, they connected the cords with glue too which is still in my hair! I'm also still getting used to my medication, one of the side effects of it is wooziness. But whatever, the doctor said it'll go away forever so I'll tough it out. It was much easier to write today's story from the comfort of my own home and not an uncomfortable hospital bed. Anyway, without further ado, here's today's story:

Shuffling History

First a god of time removed the Civil Rights Movement, watching as the beatings of blacks started again in the streets again with greater frequency. Then he took the original World War II and replaced it with one that lasted another few years, bloodier and more tolling on every nation. This bizarre god, still bored, felt as if he needed to balance his sins a little and took away the great depression and replaced it with prosperous times and took away many decades of droughts throughout history. He materialized himself as a college student with a thin body and a hunched back. He went to a library and looked at history textbook reading about his handiwork. He enjoyed this alternate time line and he changed it back with a snap of his fingers. He wondered what he would do the next time he got bored.

A Reason To Dance

Well, today I had continued to experiment with meds, juggling the side effects and also doing a test where they shocked me continually to examine my brainwaves(It didn't really hurt though, so don't worry) yeah, been putting a lot of anti-nesea meds in my system to balance the meds the doctors giving me and I'm still feeling stuff. Bro visited today to and it was fun. Been reading the Hunger Games. Pretty good book. Reminding me of stories, here's todays!

A Reason To Dance

Pink, purple, and blue smoke spun through the air as love, hatred and empathy entered human hearts. Fairies would dance and emotions would come into being, this was the way of things. But one fairy decided she did not want to dance that way. She did not want the emotions of her dances to reach human's hearts, she instead danced on the moon. The other fairies followed and only danced the moon. They were so beautiful, fluttering about in spirals that mimicked diamonds. But when they looked down on Earth, and saw humans without emotions they felt sadness themselves. The emotionless humans lumbered about, like living stone. After that they went back to Earth and continued to dance, never leaving the Earth again.

The Nightmare's Daydream

Well, I've had many seizures in this hospital(well over a hundred it seems) special thanks and hugs to Aunt Linda for stopping by today that was a nice surprise and meant a lot to me! They put an IV in me to put in some meds directly when I was having some serious seizures and they needed the meds in immediately. It was annoying but I didn't let the IV or seizures prevent me from writing today's blog post. Well, here's today's story folks!

The Nightmare's Daydream

The devil sat on his porch one evening and wondered to himself, where does a nightmare's thoughts go when it daydreams? It would be unfitting if the thoughts went into the clouds and just drifted about with all bouts of whimsy. It would be even worse if the nightmare's thoughts just vanished into thin air along with all short quips of humanity's minds, “Am I going to be late?”, “Oh, this dress just makes me look so fat,”, “There's a sale next Tuesday, I should go!”. When the devil fell asleep that evening he raised one wicked nightmare and then put it into a trance, letting it daydream. The devil then saw that the nightmare daydreamed about what devil's daydreamed about.

The Dark Sorceress

Today marks the second day of my hospitalization. They are pulling me off the Lamictical and putting me on the new medication, wish me luck everyone and hopefully this will all work out! Oh, and here's today's story! Have a nice day everyone!

The Dark Sorceress

The sorceress made fire drown and ice burn. She made bargains for people's souls in blood and left destruction in every land she visited. She pulled open rifts in dimensions and let out demons to play like dogs from a kennel. During one of the eves that she sought to burn down woods and boil rivers a knight came fight her. But the knight did not have armor. He did not even know he was a knight, or if being it was anything at all. He was just a man from the nearby town who had a family to protect and an old farming sickle in hand.

A Simple Duty

Well, today is my first day in the hospital, well, hopefully this will be the first step in them finding what needs to be done to cure my epilepsy, or at least improve upon my situation. I'll still be writing for my blog from here, and providing these wonderful little tales, and here's the next one, enjoy!

A Simple Duty

The dragon hunched over the old book and adjusted his glasses. After so many centuries of guarding it you'd think he'd care. But he didn't care about the book or the magic words inside, only for the the wizard who entrusted it to him. The man in the dusty old red robes who raised him from when he hatched. The wizard who protected him from trolls and taught him how to breath fire. To the dragon the book only had the value the wizard gave to it. The wizard used his magic to look into the future to see that it would be used to save all the twenty kingdoms from a great evil, so he wrote down every spell he knew and told the dragon to guard the book for ten and a half centuries then seek out someone to use the book to save the twenty kingdoms. The dragon thought of burning the book several times over the centuries with his own fiery breath, or just destroying this evil himself. Or ignoring the problem altogether, after all the only human he cared for was the wizard. But despite his own wishes, he took the book and left the cave.

The Giant Who Tinkered

Big news everyone! Tomorrow I'm going into the hospital so they can test medicine on me, although the hospital is not going to be the funnest place in the funnest place in the universe if they find a medicine that works on me, well, I'm going to me so happy, It'll be difficult to express in word's I'll try to keep posting on my blog and trying to keep adding stories each day so keep updated folks.

The Giant Who Tinkered

The girl made her toys everyday putting their cogs in place, next to their engines and twisting clockwork in just the right ways to make their mechanical hearts beat when she moved the keys into place and the clanking began. Many copied her designs, sometimes she used coal, sometimes oil, whatever made the toys go. The kingdoms asked for toys of war, peace, sometimes things to farm the land, sometimes things to make the land burn. But she didn't care what it was for. She didn't care that the villagers called her a giant freak and chained her to the inside of the cave.

“How goes your projects Miss?” said the tailor who outlived his mandatory stay. Him and his crew were hired by a kingdom to make her dresses a many years ago, but yet he stayed to look after her despite the danger of her hurting him with her massive size or toys. He was the only one who called her Miss, every one called her “Beast” if they if they were one of the villagers or “Mi'lady” if they were trying to buy or sell something from her.

“You've never told me your name Mr. Tailor.”
“John Durala. Now young Miss, those chains have become rusted and weak for a long time, I noticed that a long time ago. I won't live forever, while you giants live much longer than humans, break the chains, and I can show you what I can as a father before I pass along.” he turned and started to walk away from her cave. The girl looked at the parts of all her toys, the gears, arms and legs. She then tugged hard and broke her chains and fell to the ground with a large thump, crushing the parts. When she crawled to her new father there were multiple things making the crawl difficult besides just simple gravity.

Existing

Yup. Just to mess with you I wrote a new story for today! DUN DUN DUN! Well, I started the day with a Klonopin I'm also starting to work on talking with my doctor about hospitalization and working with a new doctor(for a second opinion and such) I wouldn't have gotten to where I am now without my optimism! Anyway, here's today's story folks, I hope you enjoy!

Existing

The maiden wore a silver silk dress inside a golden cage, both uncomfortable to move in and both perfect for keeping her in place. She never felt the need to eat or drink and never had to relieve herself or do any bodily functions. She never sweat or did anything of the sort. She looked at her hands and they became the same kind of silver her dress was, but only slightly lighter, her brown hair could be seen in the golden bars alongside her blue eyes. She couldn't tell where light in the room came from. But she could see the chain that held the cage extend endlessly upward and the darkness in all directions.

At times giant people of various ages would come to her and take her out of the cage, sometimes alone, but mostly in groups. They pulled her out carefully, and examined her like a living antique toy. She took comfort in their visits, because when she was all alone she didn't feel like she existed at all. One day though when one of the men turned around to walk away back into the abyss she couldn't help but notice the tiny tentacle squirming out of the corner of his coat tail.

Today's Transmissions

Well, as of now I've already had to take some Klonopin so that's bad but I don't feel too bad. But still that's bad in general. Hopefully it doesn't get  too bad. I came up with a different, and fun story idea for today. I think you'll enjoy it! Have fun reading it!

Today's Transmissions

=Transmission Begin=
Date: Year 102 Day 178 of the Galactic Calendar of Emperor Stone

Dear Mr. Alexander Rall:

I hope this transmission reaches you well Mr. Rall, as a I know wormholes can throw our communications in all the wrong directions. I know it is out of my place to ask a human such a favor, but the mining equipment broke and our people's four arms alone cannot mine the ore needed to fulfill the contract set out to us by your company. Even with the women and children working we can't get enough ore to fill the contract. Can you give us an extension on the contact or another machine?

I know its out of our place as tier III lifeforms to ask you, tier I life forms, humans, favors but we need this time for our survival, so please consider it Sir. Just some more time. I'll give you whatever you want in exchange.

Sincerely

Maux Ikkux

=Transmission End=

=Transmission Begin=
Date: Year 102 Day 180 of the Galactic Calendar of Emperor Stone

Dear Mr. Maux Ikkux

I'm hoping this transmission gets to you ASAP. I'm sending my other employees over with a new machine and a new contract with an extension date, it'll take them awhile as faster than light travel besides transmission takes much more time when its something besides a transmission like this. All your people should get some rest before it all gets there. Grab a drink or two then play some games with the kids. And you don't consider this a favor I'm just helping the world be fair like it should be.

Sincerely

Alexander Rall

=Tranmission End=

The Purchase of a Curse

Well, today was a pretty rough day, I had to take 3 Klonopin and there was an epileptic incident a string of seizures and all but I still managed to get out a little story for you all today(what can I say, I'm persistent!) so I hope you enjoy. Have a nice day!

The Purchase of a Curse

The more the curse took hold the more he could see. The more he could the see the more insane he became. He wished he blindfold himself. When the witch cursed him she gave him the ability to see the future at the cost at the ability to speak or move his arms and legs. That was her price, and he thought it was acceptable at the time of the original exchange. But he knew now of the armies coming the next year to burn down their village, take anything they pleased then moved further West as if their village never existed in the first place. Whenever he tried to speak to his caretakers they just thought he was trying to thank them for giving him food, water and service since he was a crippled mute. When the day finally came and the soldiers in his village gathered their weapons he wondered if he should asked the witch for a spear instead of the ability see the future.

Time Lines

Today I feel good and as of this writing, I only had to take one Klonopin and had a real clear head while writing today's story. I think you'll really enjoy it! Have fun reading it everyone!

Time Lines

The god of time could look at all different worlds at once or separately or whatever way he chose. In one a dinosaur could be moving at one half the speed as a student playing basketball on a court in another world. These worlds were not simple variations of each other either. They did not share exact histories or futures. Though several of their histories did have moon landings, only a few had dragons and only most had locomotives. The god of time had no influence on the worlds he saw. He felt things as he watched the creatures in the worlds, he cared for them. He smiled for them, he cried for them. He felt so helpless as he watched each of the worlds spin along their own time lines in the abyss around him, not even noticing the time line he was rising through himself.

Number 12

Celebrating Easter with the family was fun, but I still had to take Klonopin today, but fortunately I'll be talking to the doctor tomorrow and maybe we'll arrange something that'll help me getting something to help me with my condition, perhaps I'll be going to the hospital to try out new meds, but even then I will be trying to work on my book and bring you more flash fictions everyday as I normally do! Also I went to the bookstore today so I got some fun stuff so that was cool too. Anyway, onto today's story, I hope you all enjoy it!

Number 12

Number 12 didn't have a gender or real name. It had a height, 5'2, and a weight of 500 pounds, mostly made of iron, steel, and the alloys of various nanobots. The soldiers called it 12 for short. It resembled a cute child and moved as quickly and quietly as a winter wind and had the same chill around it. It killed as quickly from the fields as well as the shadows. The soldiers both loved and feared it, viewing it as both a weapon and family. When it ended the Fifth World War alone it didn't understand the applause and cheers from the crowds. It understood the order to wave at them. It always understood orders. It also always understood smiles, the smiles on the faces of the soldiers that trained it and the the smiles on the generals faces who it considered its parents. It wondered who were the generals of the people who it turned red on the days of the invasions, did everyone have generals like it did? It wondered these things as it waved to the crowds. It enjoyed the smiles. Number 12 knew that smiles were good things, and it wondered why no one smiled when it came to visit and show its tricks to all the places it traveled to during the war. It wondered if maybe these questions had no answers.

Piece by Piece

Well, unfortunately I had to take three Klonopin today so it was a bit of a doozy. (We're thinking of taking me to the hospital to try other medications then what we're trying out now than topamax, we're going to talk to the doctor Monday.) But I managed to write a good story today, Grandma came over today so I had some fun so yay! Anyway, enjoy today's story!

Piece by Piece

“I don't understand, why are you doing this?” I asked the commander as one of his star ships blew one of my arms off, the rubble of it blowing off me into space. My surveillance cameras saw every piece twist and turn as it spun into the abyss. “I cared for all of you.”
The commander was in the same room as my brain with his blaster drawn, ready to blow apart each of my individual processors. I wondered what order he would blow apart my processors. I couldn't think of any reason why he would want to rebel.
“You don't really understand do you?” he asked me.
“I do not, I cared for every colony, managing every little thing of your lives, I made everything perfect didn't I?” I responded to the commander to the resistance. I wished I could change the tone of my voice to convey my confusion.
“No you didn't make everything perfect, you took away our freedom and privacy.” He started to shoot me with his blaster. I could barely speak as my processors were being melted away.
“Are those so things valuable that you would kill me over them?”

When The Gods Play Games

I took three Klonopin Today, and although I took plenty of sleep to take off the side effects I still kinda wrote today's story off the top of my head so sorry if its sloppy, I hope you enjoy! Have a nice weekend! (Though I missed my school club like I did last week, and that makes me unhappy, they're some of my BFFs! T_T) The Klonopin I had is probably what caused any poor editing so sorry!

When The Gods Play Games

Julianne sat nervous in her seat. Her seats along with many others floated inside a room as if suspended from wires on a movie set. People of all shapes, sizes, ages and looks were in the seats, it made her feel both lonely and comfortable at the same time. A single tan man with an stage magician's hat and remote control moved all of them with quick button presses lining them up with delicate precision, flicking switches to move them up and down left and right like puppets. Then there was a huge clunking noise from above and the room shuffled them evenly from left to right, making bizarre clicking noises. An angel descended from above with six glowing wings on its back and massive claws. Until the angel gripped her chair with its massive claws she didn't realize she had been chained onto it. Julianne was pulled by the angel into the light out of the room that hung above like an old, forgotten lantern.

The Spoils of War

Noticed its a bit sunny today, little beams of light dashing through my window into my room. Would go outside but I live in the desert and when it isn't nighttime its boiling like fire sometimes!

Regarding this story well, had two Klonopin before I wrote this one, so yeah, its pretty short, but its a interesting idea so I think you'll like it. (Oy, that Klonopin can make ya feel really nasty had to take a few extra hours of sleep like 5 just to get the side effects to wear off) Anyway, enjoy, and have a nice day!

The Spoils of War

Several alien soldiers, still spouting green blood and mumbling alien curses while their hideous tentacles squirmed about. Machines began to suck them dry, with their four eyes still twisting and turning.
“So who are they for?” the alien captain asked the foot soldier that just laid the final few rounds into the alien squad.
“Who are who for?” the foot soldier asked.
“My brothers. I know you humans can use our bodies to extend your own miserable lives, which is why you drain us after killing us. Before you could barely live over a century, but now you can live hundreds, but question is, who gets it? Diplomats, kings, queens, presidents, your fellow soldiers, your own family? What is gained at the end?” A machine then grabbed that alien and started to suck out his fluids while it cursed in its native tongue to drown out its own pain.
“I don't know.”The soldier responded as he looked down at his gun.

The Open Chatroom

Well, I had to take a Klonopin early today(Got some nasty seizure signs so yeah), so my writing may have suffered today, but hey, that's life, though I did get some time to work on my book so yea! And this wonderful idea hit me for today's story, so despite the Klonopin I managed to write something pretty good. You'll see my idea when you read it.

DragonRider99567: Anybody here?
SwiftPen76:So far just me and flower-chan.
Flower-chan3:Hi <3.
SwiftPen76:So how went today's dragon riding?
DragonRider99567:Well, I had the fortune to ride a rare breed, a red one so I got to fly real high and it breathed fire. Saddling up on it was hard though.
SwiftPen76:Wish I had the strength for dragon riding, now I'm stuck writing an essay in history class on the early twenty first century. Our teacher insists we gain appreciation for the the mundane times before the dimensions opened up.
DragonRider99567:But I thought you loved writing.
Flower-chan3:lol, when it's the stuff he likes XD.
SwiftPen76:I'm writing writing a modern detective novel. I want to lead my audience through a web of mystery, who did it, the ogre, the fairy, the human, the goblin, the half-dragon, the golem I want the audience to wonder who the killer is until the ultimate reveal.

=PirateGirl6797= Has entered the chatroom.

PirateGirl6797:Sup, everybody.
Flower-chan3:Hey XD.
DragonRider99567:How's it been?
PirateGirl6797:Y'know just been plunderin' magical artifacts left and right.
SwiftPen76:I do hope that's sarcasm.
Flower-chan3:lol.
DragonRider99567:I assume that scepter of dark magic I heard was stolen had nothing to do with you?
PirateGirl6797:Why I have no idea what your talking about xD.
Flower-chan3:lol.
SwiftPen76:Let's change the subject to something a little less, implicating, did you hear about the Great Kaallazam Fraud?
DragonRider99567:Dude, that's old news.
PirateGirl6797:I don't watch television much, could you fill me in?
SwiftPen76: Some supposedly great wizard named Kaallazam couldn't even do magic, he was a dumb half-breed between between human and elves and couldn't do any magic, everybody knows that cross-breeds just shouldn't happen, but he had a stage presence so they went along with it anyway so for years they sent this cross-breed around the world showing off his talents while real wizards were doing the magic offstage. He sold it as part of his robes but he wore a large bandana to hide his ears.
PirateGirl6797:If they know their children will have no magic and be looked down by society why do they have them, it doesn't make sense?
DragonRider99567:Why would they make such a mistake?
Flower-chan3:My parents don't consider me a mistake.

=Flower-chan3=Has left the chatroom.

The Bounty

As of this writing I feel pretty good(Still had a few seizures though...T_T sad face), and I felt pretty good when I wrote today's story. I liked writing it and I hope you enjoy reading it. Have a nice day everyone!

The Bounty

The bounty kept running westward through the city, trying to use every side street he could think of as short cuts and pushing his way through crowds. The bounty had a price of twenty thousand gold on his large, grotesque, green ogre head. He was incredibly quick on his feet, like a horse, despite his massive girth. Stereotypically ogres spent their lives doing hard labor for the upper classes, but this bounty managed to climb the social ladder by joining organized crime and got to wear to the same red glowing robes that high-class wizards wore.

The bounty ran and ran but couldn't escape his pursuer. He looked up to the sky. He expected to see a policeman on a dragon descending down on him or perhaps centaur circling from all sides. He's been pursued before but no one kept up with him like this. He shook off everyone else before. His legs then stopped moving. A stun spell? He thought, that means the bounty hunter had to be within three feet of him he turned his head about and couldn't see anyone. He then saw a blue dust flying around him and he saw a fairy enter his field of vision as the fairy dust started to make the rest of his body go numb.
“Sir, under the authority of the Interdimensional Polication Act of 4051 I intend to get my reward of twenty thousand gold. Now please come peacefully, and I will release the stun spell.” the fairy smiled. Her little, golden wings gave of a sparkle when they shook. “I'd like to hit the bar tonight so don't make this difficult okay?” the bounty hunter told him.

Ikkallin Zo Tu Takku Yo Li Gaaun

Man I had a bad day yesterday, so bad I didn't get to blog at all, so ugggghhh. But I got some nice books that I got to read today and I wrote I really nice story since I feel so much better today. Its been an up and down feeling these past couple of days, some days better than others though I got some good books and stuff at the bookstore yesterday. Oh, yeah, and definitely the title for today's flash fiction will only make sense when you read the story, so don't bother googling it!(They're made up words too.) XD I hope you enjoy! Have a nice day!

Ikkallin Zo Tu Takku Yo Li Gaaun

An ancient language had been scrawled on the frozen man's forehead, ancient symbols in fresh ink. The eyes were left open, the officers could see the frozen blood vessels and when they closed the eyelids they could hear some of the smaller ones shattering under the pressure. One of the officers thought he heard one of the eyeballs cave into pieces but he wouldn't risk checking.
“Ikkallin zo tu takkun yo li gaaun.” one of the officers said to the group. “Now that he is taken under ice he may never rise.”, she took a deep breath, “That's what the ancient text says.”, she looked at the ground with a sad look. “At every killing site they leave that message.”
“Can't believe these monsters. Using something as pure as ice magic, something given to us by angels as a means to murder. Officer Jones, anything else written on the body?” the chief asked his subordinate.
“No, not that I can see.” Officer Jones responded looking for any other signs besides the original transcription she saw.
“These people are crazed.” the chief said to his staff, looking Jones straight in the eye. “Don't they think that by freezing him he can't go to the afterlife, hence why the text reads 'he may never rise'? Isn't it? Your our expert on this terrorist's group M.O. And thus their cult's religion.”
“Yes, Sir, that is what they believe.” she responded with a look of fear in her eyes.
After many nights had passed with the stars dancing happily across the sky the chief lay in bed reading a book next to a lamp. He sat up in shock and dropped the book to see Officer Jones in his bedroom.
“How? What are you doing in my bedroom?” the chief asked.
“You're getting too good at your job, no matter how much I've sabotaged you you've gotten closer and closer. I'm sorry, I'm going to have to end your life here with my ice magic.” after mumbling a few magic words the chief's body became covered with ice and she wrote on it Ikkallin zo tu takkun yo li gaaun with fresh ink like a child's graffiti.
